If your travel plans change and you must cancel, shorten, or lengthen your reservation, please send us an email by 5:00PM AT LEAST THREE (3) FULL DAYS prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. The request must be emailed to email@example.com
.No requests will be taken via phone, no exceptions. NOTE: YOUR CHECK-IN DATE DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS ONE OF THE THREE DAYS. For example, if your check-in date is on a Friday you must email Monday by 5:00 PM.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your suite(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Group bookings of 4 or more rooms are subject to a 30 days cancellation policy. Group cancellations with less than 30 days notice will be charged for the entire reservation.
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
As required by Virginia state law we do allow service animals. If you are going to be accompanied by a service animal during your stay please notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior to check in. You may do so my emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. While service animals are on the hotel's property they must be clearly identified as a working service animal (i.e tags, vest etc).
This hotel is not recommended for smokers. In the event that smoking occurs in any of our Suites, a $250 charge will be assessed to reverse the damage.
Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or stolen items in the suites.
Any items that are left behind in a suite will be held for 14 days. We will be happy to mail the items back to you, postage fees will apply and be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise notified.
Guests who would like to place a block on a suite(s) will need to provide the deposit within 48 hours of placing the block. IF YOU WISH TO PUT A ROOM BLOCK IN PLACE YOU MAY DO SO IF IT IS 30 DAYS OR MORE AHEAD OF YOUR RESERVATION WHEREAS A DEPOSIT IS NOT REQUIRED. ANY ROOM BLOCKS LESS THAN 30 DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION REQUIRE A DEPOSIT.

Guests who would like to place a block on more than one room will be required to book at least one suite and provide payment for the first nights deposit. The deposits for the remaining blocked rooms will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If the deposit is not processed by this time the suites will be released.
