Frequently Asked Questions

We are a contactless boutique hotel with staff available to assist remotely between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday only.

If your travel plans change and you must cancel, shorten, or lengthen your reservation, please send us an email by 5:00PM AT LEAST THREE (3) FULL DAYS prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. The request must be emailed to manager@suitesat249.com. No requests will be taken via phone, no exceptions. NOTE: YOUR CHECK-IN DATE DOES NOT COUNT TOWARDS ONE OF THE THREE DAYS. For example, if your check-in date is on a Friday you must email Monday by 5:00 PM.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your suite(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Group bookings of 4 or more rooms are subject to a 30 days cancellation policy. Group cancellations with less than 30 days notice will be charged for the entire reservation.

How do I check-in if there isn’t a 24-hour front desk attendant?

We provide a personal door access code via email and text 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Arrive at your leisure after 3:00PM using our keyless entry system.

Is breakfast included?

No. We are not a bed and breakfast but there are several dining options for coffee and breakfast within walking distance. Options are listed in the guest binder in our suites.

Is there a pool?

No, we do not have an indoor or outdoor pool.

Do your suites have hot tubs?

No, there are no hot tubs in the suites.

Can I walk to breweries from the hotel?

Yes, there are two breweries within a short walking distance from our hotel.

Where do I park?

With the exception of our Sole Suite, there is no designated private parking for the hotel. Parking options have been provided in a tab under each room listing.

Do you have vending machines in the hotel?

No, but we are only a few doors down from Ravens Nest Coffee House who sells beverages and snacks.

Is there an ice machine in the hotel?

Yes. There is an ice machine in the hotel lobby.

Are dogs permitted?

Certified Service Dogs are permitted at Suites at 249. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a “service animal” as a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not quality as service animals under the ADA. A $250 non-refundable fee will be charged to the guest account and the guest(s) will be asked to vacate without a refund for the remaining days on the reservation.

Do you have an elevator?

There is not an elevator in our two-story building, therefore some of our suites are not recommended for guests unable to safely climb stairs.

How do I operate the Keurig machine?

Directions for your Keurig might change based on the model and which suite you are staying in.

How do I operate the television?

Dish Remote Direction

DISH remote turns on the DISH satellite and TV at once.

Where can I find extra blankets & pillows?

These can be located in your suite’s closet.

Where can I find towels?

Towels are typically located on the towel rack above the toilet in the bathroom.

Does my suite have a refrigerator?

Yes, all suites have mini refrigerators.

What time is Check Out?

Check out is no later than 11:00AM.

Theft and Damages

Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or stolen items in the suites.

Items Left Behind

Any items that are left behind in a suite will be held for 14 days. We will be happy to mail the items back to you, postage fees will apply and be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise notified.

Block Policy

If you are looking to place a Group Block, please email us (manager@suitesat249.com) at least 30 days prior to your reservation dates. We do require a small deposit to hold the Group Block.
