The Sole Suite
Our only suite offering private parking, a private entrance, and TWO KING BEDS! Decorated in golden Tuscan colors with a rustic flair, you can expect comfort and then some in our Sole suite. This generous basement suite with exposed brick has two bedroom areas separated by a wall, a flat screen television for each, in-suite sink, mini frig, two large closets, and a desk for your laptop. The en suite includes a double bowl vanity and tiled shower.
Guests in the Sole enjoy a private entrance behind our building. There is not an elevator in the hotel.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in our hotel. As required by Virginia state law we do allow service animals. If you are going to be accompanied by a service animal during your stay please notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior to check in. You may do so by emailing manager@suitesat249.com. While service animals are on the hotel's property they must be clearly identified as a working service animal (i.e tags, vest, etc.)
Smoking
If smoking occurs inside any of our suites, a $250 non-refundable charge will be assessed to reverse the damage.
Theft & Damage
Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or stolen items in the suites.
Items Left Behind
Any items that are left behind in a suite will be held for 14 days. We will be happy to mail the items back to you, postage fees will apply and be charged to the credit card on file unless otherwise notified.
Children
Children under 12 can only be accommodated in the Sole Suite.
Multiple Night Block
Guests who would like to place a group room block on more than one room will be required to book at least one suite and provide payment for the first night’s deposit within 48 hours of placing the block to hold the rooms for the group if it is less than thirty (30) days from the reservation check-in. The deposits for the remaining blocked rooms will be due forty-five (45) days prior to scheduled arrival. If the deposit is not processed by this time the suites will be released.
Group Block Policy
Any room blocks set up less than thirty (30) days of arrival require a deposit. Guests who would like to place a group room block will need to provide the deposit within 48 hours of placing the block. The deposit shall be at least one night of one room reservation. If you wish to put a room block in place thirty (30) days or more ahead of your reservation, no deposit it required.
Parking in Historic Downtown Culpeper
Due to our location in the downtown area, we do not have access to private parking. Please obey the posted parking signs and time limits as they are enforced by Town Police.
ALL DAY PARKING is available in the triangle lot at the corner of N. Commerce and Wausau Place. This lot is approximately less than one block away. Overnight parking is permitted.
ON-STREET PARKING on Davis Street in front of our building is limited to two hours (Monday-Saturday; 8AM until 6PM) with no restrictions after 5PM. Overnight parking is permitted.
THREE-HOUR PARKING LOT across from Suites at 249, with no restrictions after 5PM. Overnight parking is permitted.
THREE-HOUR PARKING is available in front of the Visitor Center and Museum of Culpeper History at the DEPOT on Commerce Street (Monday–Friday; 8AM until 5PM) with no restrictions after 5PM. Overnight parking is permitted. Saturday/Sunday is All-Day parking.

Visitor Day-Use Parking Passes
Parking passes are available for visitors to purchase online or in person weekdays through the Town Treasurer's Office. Phone: (540) 829-8220.
