Our Policy
Guests must cancel in writing by sending an email to: manager@suitesat249.com three (3) full days prior to scheduled check-in. Check-in date does not count as one of the three days. If the cancellation request is not within the Cancellation Policy no refund will be given and the guest will be responsible for all room charges.
Severe Weather Cancellation
If a guest cancels due to extreme weather with less than three full days’ notice, we will NOT issue a refund but instead put the reservation on hold for a future stay for the same priced suite and same amount of days.
A concierge-less boutique hotel
Stay With Us
Contactless check-ins have never been more important! Check-in at your leisure after 3:00PM using our keyless entry system. Personal guest codes will be emailed 24-hours before you are due to arrive.
